We use UPS exclusively because of their damage/return policy. Since all of our items are not only heavy, but can be packed in glass or other types of "breakable" containers, your shipping charges will seem a bit high. Go to UPS.com and calculate the weight of your order to your destination and you will see that we are charging exactly what it costs.

We are experimenting with USPS but our returns on broken merchandise are higher than we would like.
